The moon - revisited

So near, and yet so far.


This long extended period of two digit minus degrees weather just HAS to be good for something.
The first thing is that it kills moskito eggs so the next summer should be relaxed in that regard - assuming that there is such a thing as summer, which I find a little hard to believe lately :-)

The next thing is the clear night sky. In the seconds before you freeze to death, you might be able to take a picture of stars or the moon. I had another go at the moon, this time using tripod and 2 second shutter delay.

The resulting picture, taken with Minolta Af 70-210 @210, about 8, was enlarged by 200%.
